Malaysia official RO servers cannot play 1, it's full of botters. I don't know those players play a MMORPG for what, only bot bot bot. IMHO RO is about enjoying the process, exploring the RO world, making friends and enemies. Not just bot bot bot and let the computer do all the work.
Most of the private servers in Malaysia are over-customized and too high rate. The connection is not stable too because of lack of money to host the server on high bandwidth service.
