Would want to know if there is a centralized system that will record down all your mental medical record just like other medical records if you seek for psychiatrist / psychologist help?
If yes, it probably will affect employment screening, insurance purchasing things like that? |

Record will be only at the clinic you go to.
BUT if your case is severe, or have went to some mental institution for treatment, its better you declare to the insurance or employment screening as it will cause even more complications in the future, Insurance may not pay any claims submitted. |
