Guys... I'm looking for an anti-virus which can be updated without going online.

I'm talking about some situation where.. for example.. we are in college where there is no internet connection available for our PC (especially desktop user).

Is there any type of anti-virus that doesn't require me to go online to update it?? Maybe just go to CC and download the definition.. then patch/install it when I'm back to my PC??

Or perhaps a portable anti-virus which can be stored in portable drive (which I doubt even existed sweat.gif )

Try bitdefender. You can simple download their virus definition at their website. Anyway almost all av allow you to download their updates only, no need to go online.

BitDefender can do like that ka?? I used BitDefender once... but due to the time it takes for me to execute almost everything in my PC (2 to 5 second lag for each programme... ) I change to Kaspersky back... sweat.gif
