Stomach Pain (possible gastric), Take gaviscon while continue fasting?

Hi guys, is there any health-concern to take gaviscon for empty stomach? My stomach is aching due to fasting. Anyone tried it? Apparently it is for heartburn and acid reflux which are not my case (stomach pain).
