The Best Samsung OLED in 2024 is either S90D or last year's S90C (2nd gen ) , buy whichever model you can find that is cheaper .

They are more affordable and their performance is very close to the flagship S95.
If you have an universal remote you can unlock the TV to close that 1-2% gap ( which is NOT recommended if you want the TV to last longer ).
They are simply the best TV screens you can buy in MY commercially without paying the Sony Tax.

After spending sometime with these QD OLED you will never want to go back to the LG WOLEDs despite better picture processing from the latter.

The lack of Dolby Vision is not an issue in 2024. Theres little need for tonemapping since most recent TV shows and movies are graded at 1000-1500 cd/m2.

S90C is last year's model, so I would at least expect hefty discounts .
Obviously I can't speak for everyone since some ppl have better bargaining skills.

If you are aiming for the 65" , 6-8k is a pretty reasonable price. Most second gen S90C have went out of stocks by now.

S90D is the newer model, I have seen it going for below 9K from Kronoshop.
Desahome also offers some pretty steep discount around this time.
