All of suddenly my Samsung NU8000 macam just die on Sunday - 4th February before i realised (the smarthing and google home there actually shows offline already since a week ago) whereas my last using was on 27th January 2024.
There is no red standby light and it won't turn on either i press the remote power button and physical button underneath the TV right side. Try changing the power cords of the TV and differ wall outlet but to no veil. TV bought during 2018 and out of warranty already. Any chances to save it before i call technician / dispose? Man, have enough of Samsung's product already =.= Basically most of my Samsung products having issue after few years. |

QUOTE(Convael @ Feb 7 2024, 09:54 PM) Assuming You bought it in the same year it was released , so the TV is about 6 years old now . It's actually my spare TV right now. I am not saying all TV should and will die after 6 years , but if electronic has malfunction after 6 years that's not wholly unreasonable given that it is a mid-range TV. We are no longer in that era where all electronic should and will last a decade at least . If you look in the thread of Sony , LG , Panasonic you will find similar complaints as well . Try to contact their service centers for repair but salvaging spare parts for 6 years old model ain't going to be easy , might be even more pricey than picking up a new one. Plus edge-lit dimming TV is really old , basically most of the " dimmable " TV out there are at least FALD NOW . If repairing high then really boh bian have to DYI or dispose/trade in |
