Hi guys, I'm using an Iphone 5 and it's been about 5 years since I own it.
The phone is in an okay condition save for a little software failure from time to time, but the general motherboard seems to work just fine.
Here's the thing that annoys me the most, beginning of February 2018, my phone has been logging me out of my accounts - gmail, hotmail, facebook. Anything that involves saving your ID and putting your password under settings get kicked out basically. I notice it happens frequently with Facebook and my mail apps, at one point it was affecting my Apple ID, Whatsapp & Instagram too.
What I notice is the ID change usually happens when my phone soft resets itself, then my phone IP changes and everything sort of goes haywire. The only way to properly fix this is to reboot the phone entirely, and get all IDs and accounts to be in sync with your current IP system then the matter will resolve itself until the next time another soft reset happens.
For those of you wondering, what's so difficult if your phone kicks you out of your accounts? Just re-enter passwords and it'll be fine. I've tried doing that but unfortunately, the system just tells you to key in the password all over again. I double checked my password, it's all correct but the phone will just ignore the password attempts and tell you to enter password.
I can't seem to find the root cause to this. Not sure if its an app interfering with the IPS/GPS detection that the entire phone goes bonkers too. But I did notice that when I uninstalled Facebook for some time, these problems didn't flare up as much as they would, perhaps only once or twice throughout that period Facebook was uninstalled. And it only happens when my phone soft resets..
Can anyone tell me what seems to be the problem?
