I agree. We are in a civilized society ma. Very hard to jaga other people's ego abit and write letter or inform them nicely meh. Can't even inform properly just come and raid of course tempers are going to flare from both sides. Live in multicultural country so many years still don't even know how to prevent small sensitive issue like this become big issue. Pui
