Arak memang haram. But just putting it in the same fridge isn't haram. No liquid is oozing out or whatever. The liquid is kept in a tin. Kau sentuh tin minuman pun tak haram. Jangan minum sudahh.

in uae, pork are sold even in small grocery store... just a seperate section... Ma Ling 5 chan yoke also got.. Alchohol not in store, and cannot drink in public.., BUT there are various IN place for beer and liqour + wed is stewardess day....

ada je speedmart yang tak jual alcohol, mostly at malay populated areas. tapi tunjuk la surat bantahan jual ke apa ke, jangan buat macam orang ulu. buat malu saja.

Exactly. Well, these groups got ntbd perhaps..and since its their 'teritory', hence such raids happens...lel. Could be avoided by a simple research by the owner, but well..perhaps that little 'off the book' respect for the ppl there is out of context.

Its just not wrong, but its still not so right. Well, depends on ppl whether they know how to 'off the book' respect others, or just being provocative and play the race card afterwards.

First of all, the law says that if you have the proper permits or licenses you can sell alcohol. The law doesn't change if it's a malay kampung or chinese kampung or indian kampung. The law is the same regardless of the demographics of the location.

Second, how is selling of alcohol considered provocation? If you don't like it, don't buy. Nobody is forcing anybody to consume alcohol.

Your point is valid. However try think in different point of view. Let assume kelantan never sell beer. Then you make business there and sell beer. Do you angry if these taliban raid you? Or is it your fault at the first place do not understand the population?
Instead of keep blaming them, i can say we can blame them for not doing the correct way like give notice to speedmart ownner, report police first, etc.
What i can say, they might understand the problem at their village, dont assume selling this at location majority non muslim is same with selling at location with 99% malay.

At my place speedmart, their tinted dark the fridge door so quite dark and write alcohol drinks, but this looks share with others drinks.
