Every night need to queue. Sg servers quiet hard to get though. Need to keep refreshing. Jp servers if lucky can get 65ms ping. Else, hover around 85-95ms.

I play conquest exclusively, and always team up with strangers on the servers. When the team dont follow/issue orders, dont move and work as a team, i just simply switch squad. Just need to check for available slot in other squads every once in awhile.

1050ti should be ok, with abovementioned custom setting. I use 1060 3gb on ultra setting, no issue hitting 60fps min. Very well optimized game. My card hover around 70-80% utilization IIRC.
