CIMB Clicks users will have noticed by now the new appearance and features that have been introduced with the upgraded version. However, I don't find anything that has been improved in the new system.

For example, I pay 4 bills in one transaction. Under the previous Clicks, I could print the acknowledgement in 1 page. Under the new system, the acknowledgement uses 5 pages to print the same information.

Any CIMB Clicks users with unpleasant experience under the new Clicks system?

For me this is a case of change for change's sake... nothing was really improved from a user's perspective

I would prefer Maybank2u's practice with its existing familiar interface, but continuously upgrading in the back end

gotta see if the public has issue with it once old m2u portal is closed.

Hmm, that is news to me. I'm still seeing the old m2u

*edit: Sorry, I just realized we can try the new interface

Yes, they not only change because they think it is the trend, their new clicks cannot do the same thing like before.
And when you ask them why cannot, they proudly reply "yes cannot"

I have no concern over the new interface.
It's clean and seems like almost every bank is adopting the same interface design/art: New M2U, CIMB, UOB
Maybe I don't demand high requirement.

Sooner or later, you'll notice that almost every bank is the same as they're adopting the same design language.

Do you know what does the CDS Account and ASNB account linking to Maybank do?

In the last version I can check my unit trust current value under investment but it is not there anymore. Anybody know where to find this?

No. Actually the new interface laden with ads all over, every single page.
That pretty flash, high resolution lenglui pic and clickable links are advertisement dude.

CC outstanding balance no longer update immediately upon payment.
Before upgrade, I am safe as long as I remember to login and click 'pay all outstanding' every 20days.
I think this are new tricks, so customer can no longer juggle the 20days credit efficiently.
So non diligent/not careful customer end up pump more than enough credit or exceed that 20days credit and being charged.

Yup, credit cards are sneaky ways for banks to take our money if we are not careful and the quirky interface in their online banking platform can be one of their tricks brows.gif

Today I just got imposed late charges on my CIMB credit card for late payment, amounting to 1% of my statement balance. However this is not due to my fault.

I have set up automatic payment of credit card bills to pay the statement amount on the statement due date. However this month the scheduled payment did not happen. It keeps on appearing on CIMB clicks as pending scheduled transaction.

In the end I have to call them, cancel that scheduled transaction and make manual payment. According to the CS they will reverse the late charges in the next statement but we shall see what really happens.

Everyone please be alert and check your statement and/or payment status. Don't let CIMB get away with this shit.

A side note, my scheduled JomPay which charges to my credit card also didn't happen.
