QUOTE(nicks @ Dec 6 2007, 10:24 AM) i still dont have the answer. so i ask here again: 1. our BenQ S41 can support till 4gb ram? (2gb x 2) 2. can we use DDR 800 for our baby? Hi, I just had my S41 for 3 weeks, and I cannot answer your number 2 question, but for the first question the answer is yes, S41 will recognize 4 GB of RAM (I use 2 x 2 GB Corsair sticks) right from the BIOS, but unfortunately Windows Vista Home Premium only reads 3 GB. Maybe Vista 64 is needed to see all 4 GB.

QUOTE(babyrabies @ Dec 12 2007, 12:34 AM) yeah, any bangla shop in lowyat will do. u need to transfer the panel cover frm the current drive as well, if u want yo lappy to look seemless with yo drive, otherwise u dun need to. It's purely cometics option. If ure buyin LG hitachi drive then it fits the current one perfectly. Kepp the current one if need to send yo laptop back to BENG CS for whatever stuff that craps out in the future, just in case if they comeout with silly excuses which holds u liable for terminating your lappy warranty, u know wat i mean. cheers! Hi, how do I remove the panel cover? I managed to release the drive but I have no idea as to how to remove the panel cover. And what is the type of LG Hitachi drive that you use to replace your original drive? Regards, Robbie
