5pm...why so late...isnt it suppose to be arrive today?

been using s41 for almost 2 month edi quite satisfied

but after i got my external hardisk gt some problem.After i plug in my external hardisk when i boot my laptop it hang on the benQ joybook screen,cant press anything and only can shut down using the power button and reboot again.it happen randomly and take a few time to get it started.later i remove my external hardisk,and boot a few time with no prob at all...

so is this normal?anyone gt this prob?not sure if its really the hardisk prob...will try to boot a few more times without the external hardisk attach to see if it will hang onot...

btw,my lecturer is asking us to get a laptop for our study.he recommended a few brand like sony,toshiba,dell(for the customer service).Then a student asked "how about benQ"(coz he know i am using benQ)..my lecturer said"daripada guna benQ lebih baik guna brand Abdullah(lecturer name),benQ ni tak boleh pakai".... he also not recommend us to use acer,and heard a few said acer no gd why is it so?

Dunno anything bout laptop still act like very pro,santa rosa is wat also dunno,latest graphic card or graphic card spec also dunno,always only recommend those expensive 1 like high-end vaio and toshiba notebook...

my benQ s41 gt prob.... 2 days ago while playing supreme commander it juz crash with blue screen stating that my hardware or software/system file error might have problems and restarted.after restart it will continue randomly crash with blue screen wheter when booting,playing game it juz happen randomly .the nex day everything seems ok but then on the third day it crash again and continue till this morning.i suspect something might have gone wrong with my hardware part coz even when entering safe mode also it will crash...and i attempt to format but still it crash when i try to install window.i cant do anything now....cant boot into window cant reformat it it juz display bluescreen...the bluescreen display diff error every time it crash

anyone could help me with that?urgent!!need to do a few assignment with my laptop

john_jay wat is" BenQ Nationwide Authorized Drop Point" found in benQ malaysia page, is it the service center for laptop?can i call them to pick up the laptop from me for service?i live in utm skudai,nt convinient to go so far to johor bahru to service center.how long will it take for benQ to fix a laptop?any user here have experience with benQ service?really need help guys.......
