i dun like the dvd rom, too loose after reject and hardly close it tightly, need to apply more force to make sure it is nicely shut...

hi,
i got problem with dvd, when it spins, the vibration and spin + scratch sound is loud.. when i press the dvd part, it become quiet. is it loose or what??

anyone can help me with driver for:
1. Mass Storage Controller
2. Modem device on high definition audio bus?

can i turn on my bluetooth without disturbing my wireless?
i usually press FN + F12
any alternative way?

can we enable or disable bluetooth in windows?
any software can do it?

Fn + F12 to switch wifi/bluetooth on/off..
blue = wifi on
purple = wifi/bluetooth on

btw, how do i clean my s41?
it's kinda dusty, and the lid(black circle dot skin) has a lot of fingerprint on it..

i tried to call benq service center yesterday since morning but no one pick up until it's around 4.50pm
the operator ask me if i can reach the service center before 5pm...
i'm wondering, is it only 1 girl working for benq toll free line? she told me she was in MC and able to get back to the office at 4.45pm

u guys try the toll free line before? what's your experience??

oh ya... anyone of you have a loose frame nearby the webcam area?
mine is a bit loose when i press it...

i left mine on since i bought it. only restart n standby, nv shut down.
i can feel the heat only when i'm playing games, or i put it on my pillow.. lol
