ya.... for cpu OC i tried b4 but to change the ram latency and do further CPU oc (which potentially go to 2.5ghz...) i havent, since i have no idea how to tweak it wif SPDtool....

thx for babyrabies's info, our baby s41 GPU can be oc to 3dmark06 -- 4029 marks at 600mhz core 900mhz memory.

From 2784 marks, s41 can actually jump to 4029 marks.... pls calculate the diff... it's 1245 marks! crazy! It's even surpass 8600M GT GDDR3!

gosh... u actually played in long hour wif OC? mind to share the temperature of ur baby s41? and do u use any cooling pad? if yes, wat's the brand and model of the cooling pad? lolz... i started the OC but i didnt play for long hour... kinda lazy to play game...

Anyway, I'm planning to get a decent and cheap cooling pad, any idea?

the real reason i am so disappointed is, only battery is kong, why shud i sent the whole laptop? cant they just take the battery and replace it later? haihh..  i called the service center, she said they need to order the battery from oversea.. and they dunno what is the shipment's status.. LOL!

Most likely she took the job as a store administrator and keeper with an agreed job description. Then the employers start to add in new responsibilities and strayed away from the original job description. For example, a store administrator is never meant to be a part of the technical support team, she is only in charge in administrating all the warranty procedures and other matters related to it. Because she was the only employee in the shop, she had to perform other roles which deviates from the original job description. Why the employers did not hire new members to complement the shop is beyond our questioning and reasoning.

Also we do not have the right to ask people leave their job because of their incompetency due to the above reasoning. No one would want to accept a job he/she is not good at or know nuts about that job. No employer would want to hire such a person too. What if our company has someone performing better than us and because the performance of that new employee is so good, a new benchmark is achieved to an extend that it dwarfs our performance as in our performance is considered incompetent. Does that mean that new employee has a right to ask us to leave our jobs? Besides the one who decides is not us.

As customers we can only feedback our complaints and concerns to the management of the shop. There has to be a feedback and feed forward so that the management knows about this and take corrective measures to address it where the choices could be to hire more employees, changing her role in the shop or to terminate her with compensation and to rehire a new employee with new job descriptions.
