is the s41 can upgrade the processor to t7300?

it seem the qbar use most the CPU usage, my S41 is on the state that always 50% although i not using anything. i checked the processes it seem it use by the qbar. Any solution?
any can i modify the shortcut button for the qshot, the button beside srs surround button above the F3 button. |
