The QEye driver is actually for the Webcam which located on top of your screen. Skype and MSN have the "webcam chat", that's why the webcam is useful for someone who want to use these features.

That means the QEye driver is totally useless in WinXP? Well, should ask my frined to uninstall it then. Thanks for the information anyway.

Cheap? I just bought it 2 weeks ago and the price and the gift is still the same as few months back moreover some shop are out of stock. If you think the next generation of Benq with Intel Quad with Perynn Proc and running Monte Veena(err...sumthing like this ler) platform will come cheap, think again.

Actually I installed the Xp and all the drivers for my friend's S41 but I never have the chance to test the OS since as soon I finished installing everything, he took his S41 and went back to Johor. I didn't notice anything wrong after installing until he MSN me and tell me the problem and I was just happen to read the post in here that someone is having the same problem as his S41. I never thought XP can automatically detects the QEye and install the driver automatically rather than installing the driver from the driver CD that includes with his S41 as my S41 with Vista never had such problem before. Yeah my bad as I was trying to explain the purpose of the webcam like I thought you're a total noob with the webcam, now I realise I'm the total noob...hehehe tongue.gif

For the moment, the S41 is very good value, especially for those who wanna play games on a 14.1" platform. My 1st gen machine is still running well, but I wish I could upgrade the 120GB hard disk without voiding the warranty. My RAM is alrdy at 4GB. The T7100 processor is good enough for me. Just need more space...
