i have a benq wireless mouse... is that consider brokeback benq enuf?

i dun like the dvd rom, too loose after reject and hardly close it tightly, need to apply more force to make sure it is nicely shut...

hmm..didnt u bring ur laptop back to john for checkup?maybe the battery internal circuit is damaged so u can ask john to replace it/claim warranty for u

if you have install the camera driver... the Benq Eye driver from the CD.. uninstall it. I had problem shutting down or restarting after i installed the driver.

anyone experience benq customer service in KL b4? i wonder how long they take to repair a laptop. Btw, older model shud be time consuming to find the spare part and repairing it. lolz..

i got problem with dvd, when it spins, the vibration and spin + scratch sound is loud.. when i press the dvd part, it become quiet. is it loose or what??

anyone can help me with driver for:
1. Mass Storage Controller
2. Modem device on high definition audio bus?

Ok now that's weird. I dont think that ir is necessarily have that kind of problem. We buy a new laptop and one of its function is to at least read DVD and it didnt. You should at least report about this as this could cause more problems in the future. If needed, they might want to recall all defects lappies and get it repaired or something.

yup....dvd rom could my CnC 3 dvd at the first time, after that it couldn't read the dvd ever again. Whenever i put it inside, it'll has those weird sound coming out.

And one more thing, my Qpower when startup eats my 50% cpu for quite long time which makes my lappy laggy even though it's a core 2 duo!

Just install Nero. BenQ Surround is a pack of f*** if you ask me. Doesn't do wonders that it's supposed to for my movies.

orange is the bluetooth.... blue is wireless... purple is both

It does not interrupt the Wireless if u push the button once but if u push it twice then the Wireless will be disable!

I think they may improve it in their next joybook maybe s42?
