Why whenever i use video call on msn,my volume will go down itself whenever i do not talk/?

now my keyboard got prob.i must clicK fn+o to get the alphabet 'o'.if not it will appear as 6.for e.g.i press o,it comes out 6,i type 'i',it comes out 5.aih,i m damn unlucky la.why my notebook lots of prob.m type this by pressin the fn key btw

Aih.there is a problem with my laptop AGAIN.Sometimes the screen will go black n everything will pop out then disappear.I dont know why it is like this
