I've been using my retina MacBook Pro 13" 2014 for over 3 years and it is still working. Recently I had to run a bunch of serious programs and my battery has become bloated. I can tell that the keyboard has bend upwards a lil bit. I am worried that my macbook might break because I still have to run that program for a few weeks. I looked at the battery info and it shows that the battery is still operating normally, and in fact, my MacBook is still able to last for very long time unplugged. Just that my work requires a more powerful machine instead of this weak sheep... How much would it cost if I send it to Apple? Are local tech shops trustworthy enough with their services? Config: 8GB RAM 128GB SSD Here's some info about my battery Attached thumbnail(s)

From your cycle count info it seems fine.
My cycle count is 593 and battery manufacture date is 20 May 2013 and still good.
If your laptop is slowing down, I guess it's due to battery as macbook CPU will throttle the performance once the battery is weak.

Yeah I haven't experienced any throttling issues yet. I reckoned that the bloating starts when I run my programs and the fan went really loud. Gotta change the battery before the it breaks out
