Had this pinched nerve problem over my injured shoulder blades and ever now and then have this tingling feel numbness over my hand, especially the little finger. Has anyone experienced this? Tried deep heat over my shoulders but slow recovery effect. Anyone tried any form of exercise?

Little finger is innervated by the ulnar nerve, the finger next to the little finger should be partially affected too. If not the shoulder neck region problem, could potentially be at the elbow joint or the wrist joint.
