if anyone could help me ,get the money back

i already make police report and report scammer society ,if someone who got cheated by this fxxxker ,report to me
cause i need few more case to report and collect proof to let bank or bank negara blacklist him

This my case of scam... The guy scam me 900RM... I create police report and no info after that from police... After 2 years, suddenly the scammer call me, and begging me to solve because police catching him. I just ignore him but he keep begging me. So I give option whether he will go to police or pay me 20K RM. Then he give up and then surrender to police. I got my money back after he caught (900RM) but after 2 years.
