Just remember not to buy any more 2nd hand xbox 360s cause you never know if they've been banned or not!

If u didn't buy your console 2nd hand, and the seller didn't lie to you that the console is unmodded you shouldn't worry about it.

Like all the modders will tell you "we can always flash back to original firmware one" So.. out of all those people who say that they are unmodded and got banned

- How many reflashed to original firmware?
- How many bought modded box without knowing?
- How many actually unmodded?

Hard to say.

Like I mentioned it might not be unmodded at all. Just chill and play if you're legit and you bought ur box first hand from a reputatable store that didn't lie to you that the box is not modded.

There isn't a mod chip nowm it's always a flash on the drive's firmware.

Don't Assume Sony won't do anything if the PS3 ever gets modded, out of all 3 next gen consoles only the Wii is the weakest one in case of internet protection against mod chips.

It was only ASSUMED that MS was not able to detect the mod. While others speculated that MS was just waiting for the right moment to do it.. and I guess this is the right moment.

There's no per console profit for the 360, or the PS3, only console that has profit during sales is the Wii
