How to resize or encapsulate images?, Anyone can help me?

Well I've been having problem with my blog for some times. Here is the link: Malaysia Contest BlogAs you can see from the above link, those images in big size will stretch all the way to my right-side column. Is there any way I can solve this? Some kind of plugin maybe? Or some script that I can try? Editing the images is a bit troublesome since I got between 10-20 new contest post per day and this is surely time consuming.

how about you just resize the image to any size you like and just host it some where?

alright maybe you can do this.
view the HTML of the image and you will see something like <img src blah blah blah.
before closing the tag just put width="400" or whatever value you want. it will resize the image. works with height too. just use one of them, no need to use both.
