Hi everyone, my sis is undergoing intern as primary school english teacher and ,by some circumstance, need to make a fortune wheel for her students(standard 1 to 3).

1)Does anyone know where can we buy it?

OR

2)Any idea how to make a simple 1 at home?

Steps that holding back: 1)Preparing a circular object that could spin fine.
2)Preparing spinning hub or axis for it to spin.
3)How to make a stand since it may vibrate or move while spinning.


Any help would appreciated.
