Planning to buy land next year, for future house (maybe in 2 - 3 years time)

So what should I know? There is lot of guide out there for first time home buyer but not first time land buyer + self build home guide.

Buy land + self build seem cheaper than buy from developer, especially landed property

Need sifus advice. Thanks

loan bank can only give half only if buy land.

need seperate loan to build house also.

but if got cash...balun jer

so far cash for land. for house, not sure which one better :- epf + cash or epf + loan. if epf + cash need wait another round of bonus.

will go to IBS house. online quotation show can get 4r3b around 150K

There are plenty of other consideration.
It is not like you own the land, you can do or build whatever on the land.

1. Must make sure the land is for residential purpose, eg you can't buy a agri-land to build residential houses.

2. Basic infrastructure, from road, sewerage system etc. availability. May need to get approval from local council for those.
