Don't use more than 2 anti-spyware that provide real time protection in resident mode.
If two or more of them are run in resident mode it may decrease the protection on your computer rather than increase it and it may cause other computer problems like slow performance.

Both Ad-Aware and Windows Defender also included in real time protection program.

As long as you don't enable the Windows Defender, Ad-Aware's AdWatch and Spybot TeaTimer at the same time it should be fine.
