this is the mentality of landed home owners. any space outside their houses (beyond the gate) is deemed to belong to them, included the opposite space if its facing field or vacant land. memang samseng. I even come across the corner unit on a dead end road claimed the space on the dead end road as their own. Parked 4 cars there 24/7 whereas their own carporch empty.
sorry no more pusing pusing more than 3 storey for me. and most condos you not just pusing, rightfully you were supposed to make a big round after every pusing. if you take short cut, you are at fault if any accident happens. I stayed in a 5th storey cp apartment b4 (meaning 10 ramps). it takes around 5mins just to get out of the blardi car park podium, if there IS ABSOLUTELY NO CARS IN YR WAY.
Go figure. Before that tyre incident, a couple (or maybe brother and sister) from one of the terrace houses approached me when I just parked my car there and told me to repark my car coz they're having a function on that spot. They gave me a dark look when they asked but I just obliged anyway coz I didn't want to create a scene. That tyre incident guy is really a complete samseng.
Will take note on the cp level, tho. Last time I didn't consider it as important coz as long as it comes with 2 cp, it's good enough for me. But there are some current launches where the sales staff are unable confirm the cp location. Most likely will have to book at your own risk.

Some will resort to putting a huge stone on your car front chassis.. i see tat often in those apartment / flat area where double triple parking is so rampant.. some park and pull handbrake then you r doomed
