with gst now is 0%, what do you think of the property prices now? those who want to buy, should they wait and see how the market react? because all the prices now are calculated with GST in mind (including materials, workforce and etc)

and what happen to pr1ma (by najib) and rumahwip (by tengku adnan?)

I believe the bigger impact would be seen in commercial properties, where buyers do not need to pay the GST on top of selling price.

since SST is not added in yet?

I think there's a good chance within that specific time frame (GST 0%, SST yet to come in force), that you don't need to pay tax on ur legal fee amount.

What about those who already bought the property? Since it is progressive payment, does that means payment after 1 June will be zero GST?
