last week, I applied to pay my PTPTN with EPF, just signed with thumb print 2 days ago and I received sms saying my application is rejected.
So then I check my KWSP panel, the reason given was S17 : AHLI TIDAK LAYAK

What does it mean? Why tidak layak? How to make it layak? Anyone experience this before? Please help and no troll please.

Note:
- This is my second time applying to pay with EPF thus only photocopy of my cert is needed, the officer let me pass and I signed
- I have enough balance in my account 2 with the amount I've applied
- I brought all doc, met them in office and signed

Why don't you call them directly instead of asking for people past experience.

Maybe your kwsp account 2 not enough to pay Ptptn

Better call them directly

Did they ask you to give graduate certificate or transcript?

I want to know people experience and how they settle their case and prepare before calling them blindly.

I google-ed and can't any clue online, thus I came here to ask. I don want to call them blindly before getting enough info and prepared like last time, I din't know can pay my outstanding by installment(negoable) and cleared them with big chunk of cash which is dumb thus I came here to collect more info and experience.

which year do you grade ?
if not mistaken 2004 and above only allow to withdraw KWSP to pay PTPTN. below year from that u need to pay the whole amount using cash.

U may ask KWSP for this matters, the staff will assisting u.

Grad at 2006.

This is my 2nd time of withdrawal as mentioned in my first post. I did the exact same thing before and it was approved and money got paid into PTPTN account. Just curious why TAK LAYAK this time. Seems like no one encounter such event before. Going to close the topic. Thanks

I reapplied and went to KWSP office again for thumbprint. It got through this time. Reason given on previous application rejection was hiliarious
