My brother & his girlfriend are looking for a studio to for ... something like a budget wedding album but without the gowns, tux, or actual wedding.

Any ideas what kind of cost they would be looking at? They'd need make-up/hair/clothes included in the package. Any recommended shops?

The only time I've done something like this was for my family shots a few years ago, and that cos about ~rm3,000 and we didn't even step out of the studio, so ... we're just wondering if he could get something similar done for less money.
