You've charged for 8 hours yet still can't get fully charged battery? iPod Shuffle (2nd-gen): Understanding status light behavior» Click to show Spoiler - click again to hide... « iPod shuffle has two status lights, one on the top and one on the bottom, that let you know when you've pressed a button, the state of the battery, that iPod shuffle is enabled as a disk, or if there's something wrong. To turn off Auto Sync function, go to your iPod page on iTunes and tick the one that I've squared.» Click to show Spoiler - click again to hide... « This post has been edited by Mike3300: May 17 2007, 10:38 PM

It's the right place for us to help and get help. Btw opiuma7xp, you got the green LED? Try to go here and check for warranty status: Apple - Support PageScroll down below and find About Your Support Coverage. Then you can type in the serial number below of the iPod Shuffle packaging box. Added on May 18, 2007, 10:59 pmYou can check this too for iPod problems. Apple - Support - iPod Five Rs AssistantI find it very useful. This post has been edited by Mike3300: May 18 2007, 10:59 PM

Getting Started

The shuffle won't ever charge if the light blinks, in itunes there will be option to eject the shuffle besides your ipod's icon. When ejected, the blinking should stop and it will charge up in 2-3 hours. The same problem happened to me when i bought it and and real man don't read manual. I figured out the solution myself too... Have fun with your shuffle!

perhaps in the future, opiuma, you should read through the manual, before asking in a forum. mainly because the manual / user guide is written by the same people who built the iPod shuffle, and they would have described all the functions.
here in a forum, you don't really have a way to make sure the information is accurate ...
