purpose i open this thread is to ask mod opinion how should i handle my case..
i sold 2x20gb hdd to aku2. the item was tested by me is ok....however, the buyer tested and said it was damage..i send pm to ask him 1 or 2 hdd is damage? but he did not reply me...i send the sms to him ..he also no reply me.

my question is let say the warranty 1 week is order...is he liable for waranty.. cos i already try my best to ask how many is dmg and i ready to refund..but he did not reply me...if let say it over 1 week and he come claim with me that the hdd is failure... can i say the product is over warranty and cannot be refund..

please help to solve my question...

that the problem..if the stuff is ok ...but how bout after 1 week personal warranty ..the stuff suddenly become damage due buyer responsibilities...then he come me and say the things is dmg before the warranty period... how should i deal with him????

i oledi send 2 pm and 1 sms to ask bout the hdd..but still no reply... shall i consider my product is ok and warranty period will start from the day he receive???

ok ..since u reply and send me ur acc i will refund as i promise... if i wan con u ,,i oledi con moderno for sending wrong item which cost RM400+ that i did not pay...thus ur wan RM40 i wan to con...

i know maybe alot din keep their promise...but for sure u will receive ur money back by tomolo

btw,

i still not receive back my item and u din provide me the tracking no yet..

i will close this tread when everything is settle..
