purpose i open this thread is to ask mod opinion how should i handle my case..
i sold 2x20gb hdd to aku2. the item was tested by me is ok....however, the buyer tested and said it was damage..i send pm to ask him 1 or 2 hdd is damage? but he did not reply me...i send the sms to him ..he also no reply me.
my question is let say the warranty 1 week is order...is he liable for waranty.. cos i already try my best to ask how many is dmg and i ready to refund..but he did not reply me...if let say it over 1 week and he come claim with me that the hdd is failure... can i say the product is over warranty and cannot be refund..
please help to solve my question...
