Hi guys.
I have made some amendment to my BE last month through e-Application and have sent the required documents to LDHN before May (they even chopped and signed the copy and return to me). I also received a email from them confirming that my supporting documents have already been forwarded to audit meja department.
However, I received the rebate few days ago and they only return to me the amount before amendment was made. I called LDHN and they said they lost my documents and ask me to resubmit my documents again.
So can i get my money back? And is the amount subject to late penalty?
