Hi guys. Wanna ask about my wife macbook air. I cant make facetime it say Temperature - Video will resume when Mac cools down. One more thing macbook fan sound so loud is it normal? Thanks and hope anyone can help me

Overheating. Can have many causes but its usually clogged vents. Send for service or you can diy if you have the special pentalobe screwdriver
