Just call up and ask , but they told me that my line is available for 4mb but due on technical inspectation so i still need to wait. Why the fXXX they announce it when they are not ready yet. !!!

How long you guys take to use those premium ip? I've upgrade my line till 4mb and done speedtest but my ip is still the same old 1mb ip .........Btw speed is still slow .......wonder why?
