You'll need to tell us your modem make and model

Then you'll have to enter to its user configuration page and obtain the data

It tells you if your line is okay or not

my modem is d-link dsl-520b

where is the user configuration page....... sweat.gif

Will detach and move it to Networking Tech support

Too much of noise , hence your speed sucks for local link. Please go to Networking Tech support section , read the pinned thread on SNR Margin. Then you'll understand why you can't get 4Mbps
*
you mean i should downgrade to 1 mb?

this is his speedtest result, I assume he was running speedtest while his MU is downloading too..

The problem, Why u are slow in MU b'coz TM do not have enough / sufficient bandwidth to supply us. As a result, even u are 4Mbps, u do not able get good speed outside m'sia.

speedtest 3.5mbps in local server is good enough. smile.gif
*
but beside these days
my download speed almost stable at 400-500kbps
thats weird

b'coz your IP is 218.111

Now all 4Mb user got 218.111 IP only..
this 218.111 IP bad to Megaupload.
I use 60-80connection in MU to get full speed 3.5Mbps. GL.
*
do you mean i need to change the setting of maximum connection in MU manager to 60-80 to get full speed?

WHAT IS MY PROBLEM then?
since last friday my download speed slow down from normally 450-500kbps to around 120kbps.

what strange is,
first 2 minutes everytime i restart my internet connection
it download around 450 kbps
after 2 minutes,it slow down to 120kbps

1 more thing
everytime i start download with IDM,
my dsl and lan keep blinking.
when i stop, the light become stable.

i wonder is that my modem problem or tm streamyx problem.
call them and try everything, still same.
