hmmm my zte modem pw is and username is not adsl and expert03...btw i using ZXDSL as password and username for default...i have reseted my modem....both need to be all capital letters

can someone tell me the actual process to get upgraded from 1mb line to 4mb? btw i am from penang and the telekom data center is just behind my house...i also would like to know is it my place support 4mb line...
when upgrading to 4mb line does my 1mb line account be terminated in order to get 4mb? and how can i know my place copper line can support 4mb or not? |
