Me too getting this sicken disconnections every 5-60 minutes. Call their 1-300, told me to get help from premium 4mb team. Call that stupid P #, then ask for 6-digit pin which didn't even receive any in mail or email!!

from Bukit Damansara here, next to Bangsar, whole damn area affected.

hmm, my 4mb line seems ok already. its history for me for 16 hours no disconnection now after recovering from major broke down yesterday --> line suddenly couldn't login (error678), report to them, called 4 times, shoot their a** , reset my port, this that, then supervisor called back promise to send me the 6 digit code in mail, still couldn't fix (error676). called again 1am, said major problem certain area in KL still fixing. then 2am can connect back, the light on that Billion modem seems slower blinking rate than before. try it out on full torrent speed up to 400-500kB, light still stable blinking, not like before very fast unstable. Download until now 300-500kB speed no disconnection. THEY HAVE MADE IT, HURRAY ON TMNUT. **touchwood** as for today.

ps: 1 of the nut called me just now, asking about my line doing a survey with them asked me to rate them 1-5 (1 best, 5 worst). i gave them 4 & 5 most of the questions (service sucks, no experience, never follow up on report, has to called so many times, then a** will move). hahaha, then he said very sorry for your fustration sir, we will do better in future.

I had this problem before, ip conflict right after upgraded from 1 mb. thought was my network problem, then, I changed my modem to ip 192.168.0.1, no more conflict. Few days ago, my trouble line fixed (frequent disconnected 5-60min), tried on router now 192.168.1.1, no more of that ip conflict.

I think you should report to them(tmnut) having this disconnection problem. Shoot them 10-20 times, until the so-called special 4mb team move their a**. Keep the report #, tell them definitely will reimburse all costs from days of frequent disconnection, then cancel if not fixed.

got my 6-digit pin yesterday. tried calling in to premium service complaining about speed not stable, while talking with operator, he said will right away reset my port, then I asked right now? he said yes, he is reconfiguring my port while talking, then after 30 second, picked up fax hear port resetting. hahaha... that is VIP service laugh.gif

4mb users, go get the pin....very fast service & well manner, not like that 1-300, asking you do this that, then suddenly line cut & resetting port take 48 hours to 1 week.

I got the 6-digit pin by calling 1-300. They didn't send to me too as promised, then 1 week later, I called in to ask again, then only they gave me the pin.

About the disconnection, I think they misconfigured or having bad port. After many complaints, then all ok now for 2+ weeks without disconnection even with extreme low snr (5 db), I can't even believe it. Maybe they switched my port to good stable one.

I had experienced this before on my 1 mb line, knowing a technic supervisor handling my area, after complaining too much on 1-300, gave me his H/P, then he said "I will switch your port to 1 of the best", then for 2 years no problem. But now, this 4mb is different department, so he can't help anymore.
