- ,. - Elite 4,603 posts Joined: Jan 2003 From: PJ	The thing is this, if the 2nd installer just lets the user have the 4mb just for the sake of pleasing the user, and the status of the line is unchanged (i.e. very bad attenuation), then the user will still be unhappy and end up paying more for a service that is not supposed to be offered in the first place. Please be certain of the line conditions before you put out more of your hard earned money.
