they also telling me fiber optic problem too, and just now the customer service just call me and say the maintainence in wangsa maju is done. But when i try speed test in their new speedometer still get high latency and slow connection, so just now call back to them to report again. Hope can fix my problem asap.

yup their tell me this speed test will replace the old speed test
and this speed test meter will automatic send the result to our tm/streamyx email account ^^
it also let their easy to monitor our speed ~~~
