My friend fakap TM Premium Customer service and they removed his 4 Mbps from the cap, confirm Damansara area already enforced this new rules. In addition they also logged your internet activity, just mention ur traffic is not related to P2P, bit anger and emotion and they will removed u from the cap, TM.Nut is testing this new features and wanted feedback. So as users here we can lodge complaint regarding this issues to express our anger n disappointment. Make sure u got report no.

What's the point paying RM160 per month getting this piece of fakap service?

The latest maintenance in Serdang was to install the throttling devices that area is a high utilization area

Try change ip range would that do the same?


This throttling are in the area that have FTTH technologies

You can call 1300889515 and made a complaint during office hour the operator might connect you to Premium TM CS representative feel free to fakap them :-)

So far so good no throttling happening to my line

Both 1 Mbps and 4 Mbps are working at 95% of it's capacity 24/7

Suddenly my line drop dramatically i am afraid it might be routing problems to international traffic because the speedtest to local still at full speed .

Anybody else feel the same?

However the ftp is affected but http from the same server at full speed weird

Wangsa Maju bras is fakap with QOS throttling servers i think tm.nut will disable it because so many users already complaint

So far so good downloaded 225GB data from 1st to 11th

Well it depend on ur usage i'm getting another 4Mbps at the end of the month. Need to maintain 2 Lines for lots of usage 24/7.

I also pernah kena like this call TM to make a report

So far so good hehee dual wan can peak out this speed

INTERNET SERVICES DISRUPTION

Telekom Malaysia Berhad ™ is pleased to inform its customers that the restoration works on Segment 7 of the Asia Pacific Cable Network 2 (APCN2) undersea cable network between China and Taiwan have now been fully completed.

TM has already recovered 100% bandwidth capacity for its Internet traffic to the U.S and Northern Asia to-date. TM Internet and IP services as well as other critical business applications linked to the US and Northern Asia has resumed normal operations since Thursday, 10 September 2009. Therefore, all international links have been fully restored and our services have resumed back to normal.

My flux server in europe is fine full speed ahead

I notice that after 10gb my download speed reduced have to disconnect change ip and speed back to normal anybody else facing this problem?

It depends on ip range also 218.111.17.XXX no limitations

Sometimes on certain ip after exceed 10gb got throttled but disconnect change ip back to full speed

Getting another 4 Mbps next week
