Does anybody know when will the result for Petronas scholarship 2018 come out?

Most likely, the result will come out by the end of May/early June. Because overseas applicants will be undertaking their preparatory courses in July.

Not to mention, there will be Scholarship Awards Ceremony for the recipients most probably in the holy Ramadan.

I've been offered JPA MARA scholarship and I have to accept/reject by this 18th but I would love to consider Petronas as what they offer appeals more to me. Plus, Ive always wanted the Petronas scholarship but at the same time I can't just accept JPA MARA scholarship then revoke IF I do get Petronas's. I've tried to call and ask them personally but somehow couldn't reach them. I've been eagerly waiting and been checking their website everyday. Sadly they havent updated anything Should I accept first the JPA MARA scholarship? Kindly need some advice

i suggest u take the jpa first.. after that during the first few weeks u can still quit from jpa because u only have to payback what they ave already paid for u... so if u havent got a lot from jpa.. then its ok if u quit after first few weeks

Its a lot of money to pay back... But i dont see myselft rejecting it cuz theres no certain of me getting petronas

Hi...I also face the same situation. Being offer Yayasan TNB scholarship 2 years at Intec + 2 years at US, course : Business Analytics... but not the course I prefer.. still waiting for others scholarship...

Normally how much penalty need to paid ? Any idea? Today is the deadline, still havent accept this offer

prolly u can call them n enquire? usually they wil put it up on their main portal.
Since its social media bandwagon, i believe they will aso announce on their FB.
Finally, newspaper on education section usually, in Star2 another pullout

Hey.. What i did was i called them and told them honestly that im waiting for other responses as well and they understood the position im in. They told me to accept it first so i did and if i change my mind just write them an explanation letter but i suggest you call them personally and get their advice .

Yes.. I do call them but they dont allowed as he said others are all waiting for this scholarship ... No choice I made the decision to drop YTN scholarship...

No, I am not. Just a concerned individual. Sorry for the late repsonse. If I were you, I would just accept JPA-MARA first as there is no guarantee that you would get other offers unless you are highly confident that you will land yourself all those scholarships.

Btw, the results for petronas, bank negara, ytn (already a long time), ytm, jpa jpjk, jpa top 20, jpa jpjk, jpa-mara, mara, and yayasan peneraju are all out. If those who are concern receive more than one offer, just think deeply which sponsor which you truly want to get sponsored from.

Hi, thanks for your concern 😊.. I was lucky enough to be offered by petronas to study overseas.. Ive made up my mind and decided to choose petronas...I guess I have to write a letter to JPA 😬

I was offered to the country that i applied for.. anybody knows how i can persuade them to let me change the country 😭 .. When i made the decision i was considering the country but not the uni that i wanted to go.. Now the uni that i plan to apply for degree later is not the one i applied for... Need help!!
