But this new Camry gonna be totally all new. Not just face lift.  No idea if it be fully loaded like the old Camry...lol..rm9k savings too attractive .

I understand.. That's why I explained earlier... It's relatively simple to decide.. I did so I know.. tongue.gif.. Just need to know which is more important.. Want or need now?

This is “un-official” price list for Merc

As understand, there is still Corporate discount (ie NFM) which give another 4-6%.
Am thinking hard about GLC....
wonder GLC200 or GLC250
*
i find the GLC proposition to not be exciting whereby the difference (price wise) is huge between 200 and 250 and unless you are in merc and know how to spot the differences, they look the same in terms of exterior. SUV is a must or you would be open to explore a sedan? saw an awesome 530i pre-reg at AB going for 305k...

exterior might not have so much different.
the major points is the power.... the 200 would be under-power ( same setting/power as C200, but imagine it pulling the SUV)

530i pre-reg at 305k? it does sounds good.
yes, I am more keen of SUV, as currently driving one.
need something more rugged, and I myself is a 6 footer.

Yep.. Demand exceed supply. Hopefully as they try to fulfill new orders, build quality remains top notch. No compromise.

GLC 250 is AmG line and Glc200 is just normal! The 250 bumper is diff from the 200. The 250 has panoramic roof, 20' Amg rims and air- matic suspension . GLC200 is so Kosong specs! So easy to spot the diff from the outside!

Yes, that's true. But I suspect a big portion of the buyers might have booked a few different cars at the same time (say, booked Jazz and City, or booked other brands) to secure whichever car comes first in order to avoid SST.

Went to a Mazda showroom to view Mazda 2 - no display/test-drive car and only left a few mid-spec cars. Yes, buyers even sapu-ed the display car.

That's strange. My experience at Honda showrooms was as per normal - you book based on your colour preference. Current projected delivery is July/Aug. Maybe the SA didn't tell me the full story?

yes with the Jul/Aug you can have color pick etc but you risk SST coming back... but i also pretty much confused how does the color option makes a difference, i am sure with the demand, the plant would also be manufacturing popular colors and not the unpopular ones (which presumably the showroom can have extra of)

Oh, I see what you meant now. That looks like a standard practice mah. You want fast, you take whatever colour is available, no? If you don't like, you pass over and wait.

haha... not sure if it's a standard practise but if it is then no complaints... anyway i personally would not shop at a brand that shoves things down my throat due to their lack of capacity planning...

Why did u guys rushed in to order now? Did u see the tactics? Most car dealer says GST Absorb book now till 31 May 2018.

I have check on the few models I want, but tell u what the discount they gave is just a car selling price without GST. So I guess I am not receiving the raya rebate. I rather wait another few days when it comes. Cuz by June I definitely get the same price of car compare to now, but I give my self a chance to see a further rebate.

Check properly of the pricing of the car and the breakdown of the rebate. Be a smart buyer
