Asus Malaysia needs to be careful not to cannibalise the Zenfone 5 2018 lowest variant... my guess the ZMP M1 6GB variant will be RM400 less than Zenfone 5 ZE620KL 4GB variant...hence, my hypothesis is Zenfone 5 ZE620KL 4GB will be priced at RM1,699 while ZMP M1 6GB at RM1,299 (...?)
Saw this at lazada. Sold by lazada. Description says 4gb/64gb.

That 'limitless' means you can play all day long without worry. I remembered during launch event in Indo they said it can play PUBG for 7 hours straight.
Btw, sure SD636 isnt suitable for gaming? I think SD636 is already powerful. 🤔
Perhaps your "reason" is not compelling enuff... remember when we submit the online forms, we have to complete less than 20 words why we what to join this event...
Already forgot what did i wrote back then.
Btw, it will be available at lazada on 1 June. Zenfone 5 will be on 4 June with expected price of Rm1299
i jz chat my cousin and she said her asus zenfone 3 updated to android 8.0 and the security patched april 2018
hmm.. seems like asus software support not bad at all
good chance max pro m1 gonna have 2 major os upgrade
This phone actually was affected by camera blur issue after June update last year, and asus dont even bother to fix it until early this year. Or maybe she was among the lucky owner to escape that issue? 🤔
To be honest, i dont even want to rely too much on updates anymore, unless it is android OS upgrade. That one also need some time to sort out all the issues. Nowadays update tends to break things instead of fixing things lol.
Btw i wonder why Asus didn't mention anything about treble support. Is it because it is on stock android?

Got to try out this phone camera, I'm not sure if it the camera app or the sensor is bad. The colour of the pictures is just not good even for my low expectations, I'm coming from zenfone 3 years ago zenfone max
Both sucks actually. Omnivision OV13855 is slightly below average 13mp sensor and snapdragon camera is just a plain stock camera without brand specification. Asus being lazy here. I'll appreciate if Asus can come up with Pixelmaster camera or something, just like how xiaomi comes up with stock android Mi A1 but with their own camera app.
