And reading text will be greaat too coz its larger. Text in 30" I assume is smaller due to higher resolution. Correct me if I'm wrong

27" is definitely better for movie watching because it is HD panel. if 1:1 mapping, it'll almost fill up the screen. But for higher resolution 30", there'll big black bar at top and bottom if 1:1 mapping is done.
