anyone know about JaMaYcKa hacker? who believe hacked > 10k website at the moment (number still increasing?)
how s/he able to go into our site and replacing those index files? thru anonymous ftp? and how s/he able to run the perl script in the system?
what can we do to prevent this kind of thing happened again?
btw, is that this topic allow to discuss?

The hacker rooted the Linux server and do whatever he wants. Usually updating the Linux kernel to latest version should fix the problem.
