Is my item held at Kastam?

If it non drug (medicine/supplement) related, wait 2-3 days as customs sometimes takes times to check the item if it bundled with other manifest. Customs usually will send you a notice if your item got confiscated for reason that will be mention. If more than 7 days, contact customs for info.[attachmentid=9783054]
