Hi,
My son has an Illegear Raven SE RTX, bought in 2019. It has developed this issue, this unit cannot reboot. It has to shut down for 1 minute before it can boot. I have to reinstall it with Windows 10 Home edition and installed the drivers. Still the same problem, there seems to be no firmware on their support webpage. If anyone had face this problem and a quick fix would be great if you can share. Thanks. |
