They locked it and then unlocked it to allow one of the guys with some hardware issues to post a positive remark before locking it again. Your guess is as good as mine why they locked it.

Nothing to share also. Just noticed that the topic was locked when I wanted to reply the guy with the drivers card issue. Then a friend mentioned he saw a new post and the thread got locked again.

I guess the number of actual owner issues reported wasn't helping their reputation.

That guy in his post stated that he's not a forum regular and created an account just the voice his issues. He hasn't logged in since his issue was solved so give them benefit of the doubt ler.

As for your queries maybe you can direct it to their support team. Boss busy making money may have overlooked your PM.
